Adult classes are beneficial for everybody! Our students

range from young adults to retired professionals and

everyone is encouraged to proceed at their own pace

according to their fitness skills and experience levels.

Franco Lung Wing Chun is right for you! We work with your

needs through structured and safe lessons that will help you achieved your goals. Our program will not only

push you physically, getting you into shape but we will also bring out a whole new level of mental training involving internal and external training. 

                                                                                   We practice Franco Lung Wing Chun that teaches traditional                                                                                      techniques and values incorporated with Chi Gung                                                                                                    development. Classes include an element of endurance,                                                                                          speed, coordination and strength training with practical and                                                                                      technical drills for self-defense. We begin classes with

                                                                                   proper warm-up, fundamentals, and warm down with                                                                                                stretching and meditation.
